Dehradun: A delegation headed by of Maharishi Vedic University President Dr. Raja Luis met Chief Minister Mr. Trivendra Singh Rawat met at his residence on Saturday. On this occasion, discussions were held that for promoting the Vedic education and culture in Uttarakhand; Vedic education, culture and Ayurveda training should be imparted in the Sanskrit Schools.
The delegation also gave a proposal that for the purpose of information about Vedic education at the tourist places, ‘Theme Park’ should be built. Chief Minister said that with regard to the Vedic education, culture and Ayurveda education along with ‘Theme Park’, after making a presentation, a meeting should be convened with the officers. He said that in order to boost tourism and Vedic education, the suggestion of ‘Theme Park’ on the banks on Ganga is a good suggestion.
He said that there are tremendous potential of tourism in Devbhoomi Uttarakhand. He said that government is committed to ensure that at tourist places, at one place, different types of activities can be undertaken. On this occasion, Swami Chidanand Muni, Dr. Antony, Martin Stipana etc were present.
