New Delhi: Considering the stress of the employees due to hectic works schedule and time lines for completion of official tasks, which is affecting the work efficiency as well as the heath of employees, a ‘workshop on stress management’ for Officers/staff of Ministry of Statistics and Programme Implementation, Central Statistics Office and National Sample Survey Office posted in Delhi/NCR was organized on 13th July, 2018 at Dr. Ambedkar International Centre, New Delhi under the guidance of Hon’ble Minister of State, Shri Vijay Goel.
During the workshop, Dr. Pankaj Kumar Malik, Specialist Industrial Health and Ergonomics, presently working as Assistant Professor with AMITY University suggested various ways to reduce the physical and mental stress.
Mrs. Bhupinder Kaur Chaddha, International Renowned Lecturer and Therapist also gave and presented various steps like Smile Mediation and Su Jok Therapy.
As the process of stress management is one of the keys to a happy and successful life in modern society, this workshop will encourage employees to be fit and healthy while in office.
