Bomja village in Arunachal Pradesh has now become one of the richest villages in Asia. The Defence Ministry has recently released payment worth Rs 40,80,38,400 to the villagers towards land acquisition. Nearly 31 households in the village received the payment towards acquisition of 200.056 acres of land. Now, almost every family in the village has become crorepati.
