New Delhi: The 2nd Assocham Medcon Awards, organized along with the Department of Pharmaceuticals, Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers, Government of India, were announced at Hotel Royal Plaza, Ashoka Road, New Delhi. Sentiss Pharma Private Limited was declared the winner in the category of “Pharma Exports Company of the Year”. The event was attended by the WHO representative to India – Dr. Hendrik Jan Bekedam and Director General of Health Services, MOHFW, Govt. of India – Dr. (Prof.) Jagdish Prasad. The awards were presented by Anupriya Patel, Hon’ble Minister of State for Health & Family Welfare. On this occasion President of Sentiss Pharma Deepak Bahri was heard saying “I would like to congratulate and thank everyone at Sentiss for their contribution and for going that extra mile to make Sentiss Pharma the best pharmaceutical company in terms of exports”. Sentiss Pharma is a niche pharmaceutical company exporting Ophthalmic and ENT products to Russia and CIS markets for over 27 years.
