Benjamin Netanyahu’s India visit Day 2 Live: You are a revolutionary leader, says Israeli PM to Modi

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, who arrived in New Delhi a day before, and Prime Minister Narendra Modi held bilateral talks on Monday.

Netanyahu is in India on a “historic” six-day visit during which he will hold extensive talks with Modi, who set aside protocol and received him at the airport on Sunday.

The Israeli leader’s visit to India is only the second by an Israeli prime minister and comes after a gap of 15 years. Former prime minister Ariel Sharon had visited India in 2003.
