लखनऊ: आडिटोरियम विधान सभा मार्ग, लखनऊ में मा0 मुख्यमंत्री जी, उ0प्र0 द्वारा यूपी-100 के लोगो एवं ऐप/APP (Beta Version) को लाॅच किया गया। इस अवसर पर उ0प्र0 सरकार के मंत्रीगण, श्री वेंकट चेंगावल्ली, सलाहकार, उ0प्र0 सरकार, गणमान्य व्यक्ति, मुख्य सचिव, उ0प्र0, प्रमुख सचिव गृह, पुलिस महानिदेशक, अपर पुलिस महानिदेशक, यातायात, उ0प्र0,एवं लखनऊ में नियुक्त वरिष्ठ पुलिस अधिकारीगण उपस्थित थे।
लोगो की मुख्य विशेषताएं
उत्तर प्रदेश के राज्य स्तरीय डायल.100 का प्रतीक चिन्ह (लोगो) हिन्दी तथा अंग्रेजी में उ0प्र0 को अंको में लिखे गये ष्ष्100ष्ष् से जुड़ने को व्यक्त करता है । ‘‘आपकी सेवा में सदैव तत्पर‘‘ वाक्य अंकों के नीचे लिखा गया है ।
यह प्रतीक चिन्ह यह दर्शाता है कि पूरे उत्तर प्रदेश से नागरिकों द्वारा 100 नम्बर से किसी भी संचार माध्यम से सम्पर्क किया जा सकता हैए जैसे टेलीफोनए मोबाईलए एसएमएस व सोशल मीडिया। साथ ही साथ प्रतीक चिन्ह में लिखा वाक्य ष्ष्आपकी सेवा में सदैव तत्परष्ष् इन सेवाओं के अहर्निश (दिन-रात) उपलब्ध होने की व्यवस्था को रेखांकित करता है ।
इस प्रकार समग्र रूप से यह प्रतीक चिन्ह यह दर्शाता है कि इस राज्य स्तरीय परियोजना द्वारा प्रदान की जा रही आकस्मिक सेवाए पूरे प्रदेश में कहीं भीए कभी भी के आधार पर उपलब्ध होंगी तथा नागरिक किसी भी संचार माध्यम से इस व्यवस्था से संपर्क कर सकते हैं ।

ऐप की मुख्य विशेषताएं
1-यह ऐप गूगल प्ले स्टोर पर UP 100Emergency Services के नाम से उपलब्ध है एवं प्ले स्टोर पर मुफ्त उपलब्ध होगा ।
2. उत्तर प्रदेश पुलिस द्वारा संचालित उत्तर प्रदेश राज्य व्यापी डायल.100 परियोजना की आधिकारिक मोबाइल एप्लिकेशन है । इस एप्लिकेशन का उद्देश्य नागरिकों को सुरक्षा सम्बन्धी किसी आपात स्थिति में उचित स्थलीय सेवायें प्रदान किया जाना है । किसी आपातकालीन स्थिति में नागरिकों द्वारा पंजीकृत सूचनायें पूर्व से ही उपलब्ध होने के कारण पुलिस को त्वरित आकस्मिक सहायता उपलब्ध कराने में सहायता होगी ।
3. इस एप्प के माध्यम से जनसामान्य को वर्तमान में पुलिस की आपातकालीन सेवाएं प्रदान की जायेंगी। यह सेवा 24 x 7 उत्तर प्रदेश राज्य के सम्पूर्ण शहरी व ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में प्रदान की जायेगी ।
4. यदि कोई व्यक्ति यूपी 100 के साथ पंजीकृत हैं तोए किसी भी आपातकालीन स्थिति मेंए पुलिस को आकस्मिक सहायता शीध्र उपलब्ध कराने में सहायता प्राप्त होगी । पंजीकृत सूचनाओं के आधार पर वांछित आकस्मिक सेवाएं तत्पर रूप से को प्रदान किये जाने का प्रयास किया जायेगा ।
व्यक्तिगत जानकारी के अलावाए निम्न जानकारियॉ पंजीकृत की जा सकती है
1. ‘मेरे आपातकालीन संपर्क’ अधिकतम 5 मोबाईल नम्बर को आपातकालीन संपर्क हेतु पंजीकृत किया जा सकता है । आपात स्थिति मेंए उपयोगकर्ता द्वारा पंजीकृत नम्बरों पर एसएमएस भेजा जाएगा।
2. ‘मेरे स्थान‘ अपनी पसन्द के अधिकतम 5 स्थानों को पंजीकृत किया जा सकता है । जनमानस द्वारा अपने घरए अपने माता.पिता का घरए अपनी बेटी का स्कूलए अपने बैंक आदि स्थानों की भौगोलिक स्थिति को पंजीकृत किया जा सकता है । आकस्मिकता की स्थिति में पंजीकृत उपयोगकर्ता द्वारा यूपी.100 में सम्पर्क करने परए उसके पंजीकृत स्थानों की जानकारी यूपी.100 नियंत्रण कक्ष में स्वतरू प्रदर्शित होगीए जो उसे आपाताकालीन सहायता शीघ्रता से उपलब्ध कराने में सहायक होगा ।
3. ‘मेरी भाषा‘ जनमानस अपनी भाषा को पंजीकृत कर सकते हैं । जनमानस द्वारा श्भाषा स्वयंसेवीश् के रूप में आपात स्थिति में दूसरों की सहायता करने हेतु अपनी सहमति प्रदर्शित की जा सकती है । यदि किसी पीडि़त व्यक्ति द्वारा ऐसी भाषा का प्रयोग किया जाता हैए जिसके संवाद अधिकारी यूपी.100 में उपलब्ध न हों तोए उक्त भाषा जानने वाले ष्भाषा स्वयंसेवीष् से भाषा के रूपान्तरण में सहायता प्राप्त की जायेगी।
यदि किसी के करीबी रिश्तेदार उत्तर प्रदेश में रहते हैंए तो उनकी आकस्मिक सहायता हेतु उनके स्थलों को चिन्हित कर सकते हैं तथा आकस्मिक स्थिति में उनकी सहायता हेतु उत्तर प्रदेश के बाहर से भी यूपी.100 में सूचना प्रदान कर सकते हैं । इस एप्प में पंजीकरण के माध्यम से आकस्मिक सहायता उपलब्ध कराने में लगने वाले महत्वपूर्ण समय को भी कम किया जा सकेगा ।
UP100: Emergency Services App
This is the official Mobile App of UP State Wide Dial 100 Project of UP Police. This app is intended to assist citizens in emergencies relating to public safety and security. In case of an emergency, information like gender, age, location, language will assist the police respond faster and in a more convenient manner.
Police emergency services for public safety and security are being provided.These services shall be provided 24 X 7 throughout the State of Uttar Pradesh, including the rural areas.
If one is registered with UP100, in case of an emergency, the information already available will help the Police to reach faster. We will also attempt to improve our services for women and senior citizens and provide customized services.
Apart from the identification information, the following information may be registered:
- My Emergency Contacts: Up to 5 emergency contacts may be registered. In case of emergency, SMS will be sent to all registered contacts from the user’s mobile phone.
- My Locations: Up to 5 locations of choice may be registered. Public may register locations like My Home, My Parents Home, My Daughter’s School, My Bank, etc. The geographical coordinates of the location will be registered. When a registered user calls UP100 in case of an emergency, his/her registered locations will be displayed on the police officer’s screen. This will assist us to locate the place of emergency faster to save critical time.
- My Languages: Public may register known languages. You may indicate if you are willing to assist others in emergencies as a ‘Translation Volunteer’. This is intended to assist any person who speaks only a language for which a Communication Officer is not available with UP100.
If anyone has close relatives living in UP, he will be able to call UP100 from outside UP, and indicate the location quickly where emergency services are needed. This registration will help in minimizing critical time at the time of responding to emergency.

इन सेवाओं को 24 ग् 7 उपलब्ध कराया जाएगा ।

- What is the purpose of this App?
This is the official App of UP State Wide Dial 100 Project of UP Police. This app is intended to assist citizens in emergencies relating to public safety and security. - What emergency services are provided?
Police emergency services for public safety and security are being provided. We are also in the process of integrating Fire and Medical emergencies.
- Where are these services provided?
These services shall be provided throughout the State of Uttar Pradesh, including the rural areas.
- During what timings will these emergency services be provided?
These services shall be provided round-the-clock.
- When will these services be available on ground?
We are launching the field services in shortly, starting with few districts of the State. Gradually, all districts in the whole State of UP shall be covered. Till the time field services are available in a particular district, this App may be used for registration purposes and with limited functionalities.
- Why should I register with UP100?
