CM Rawat meets Union Minister Narendra Singh Tomar in New Delhi

Dehradun: Uttarakhand Chief Minister Mr. Trivendra Singh Rawat, met Union Rural Development, Panchayati Raj and Mines Minister Mr. Narendra Singh Tomar, at his residence in New Delhi. On this occasion, the Union Minister gave his consent for the central grant for the construction of building, hostel, salary and faculty of State Institute of Rural Development (SIRD) and Extension Training Centre. The Chief Minister requested the Union Minister that in the rural areas of Haridwar and Rishikesh, outlets should be opened for the Self Help Groups (SHGs), so that they can get right price and market for their products for rural development in Uttarakhand.
