Dehradun: Uttarakhand Chief Minister Mr. Trivendra Singh Rawat has extended his greetings to the people on the auspicious occasion of ‘Ramnavmi’. In his message on the eve of Ramnavmi, Chief Minister Mr. Trivendra Singh Rawat said that the festival of Lord Rama’s birth anniversary inspires to inculcate noble qualities present in Indian culture namely devotion, valour, peace and virtuousness. He said that the entire life of Lord Rama is an example of sacrifice, renunciation and penance and it was more relevant, nowadays. He further said that the ‘Ram Charitra’ is an exemplary ideal to be emulated in every sphere of life. He said that ideal character of Lord Rama also showed purity of conduct. The Chief Minister prayed for the prosperity of the state on this holy festival.
