The birth anniversary of the founder of Homeopath, Dr Christian Freidrich Samuel Hahnemann was celebrated at Shanti Homeopathic Hospital and Research Centre, ConventRoa opp SBI main branch as Homeopathy day as here today.
Dr. Seema Kaushik, the practicing physician at the centre spoke on the importance of Homeopathy vis-a-vis other systems of medicine, cleared the misconceptions about it among the masses and paid rich tributes to Dr Hahnemann.
Dr Seema said that in Homeopathy Human is treated as a complete system in himself. It is based on the system of like cure and a person is considered cured only when his or her immune system is strengthened.
She said that homeopathy is a complete system in itself and is not a substitute of any other system but it does not claim to cure patients in acute accidental emergency and advanced pathological condition.
Dr Seema Kaushik said that there is no hit and trial in homeopathy and it is not safe to give many medicines at the same time in homeopathy unlike allopathy. Homeopathic medicines strengthen the immune system of the patients of enable them to fight disease and it has no side effects.
