Dehradun: Himgiri Zee Varsity on the occasion of National Girls Childs Day organized Run for Unity Race competition, Poster Making competition and Slogan Making Competition. Students participated in the event with great zeal and enthusiasm.
At the opening ceremony of the event Vice Chancellor Dr. Rakesh Ranjan hailed the efforts put in by the students to organize such an event. He emphasized how the value of equality before law plays an important role in creating and giving equal opportunity to males and females and said that the youth of the country will carry forward the this value to next generation and beyond.
On the occasion Registrar Dr. Suresh Dhyani, Chief Finance Officer Anter Deep Singh, Administrative officer Vishnu Mathur and Associate Professor Dr. Narendra Kaushik were present. The event was successfully oragnised by Deptt. Of Agriculture and Dr. Sharad Pandey played a key role in it.
