New Delhi: A Quiz Competition for the wards of Air Force Personnel was held at Air Force Auditorium Subroto Park, New Delhi today.
The Air Headquarters team won the competition and Central Air Command team was runner up. The Chief Guest Mrs. Lily Raha, President AFWWA gave away prizes to the participants.
The preliminary round of the Quiz Competition was conducted on 25 Sep 16. During this round 04 teams were selected to participate in the final round of the competition. Each Command sponsors one team for the Competition at Air Force level. The Quiz competition was hosted by Mr. Rajiv Makhni, an Indian Technology Journalist and Managing Editor of NDTV.
The Quiz Competition was organised as a part of the”IAF Anniversary Celebrations 2016″ with an aim of promoting general awareness and inculcate a habit of learning amongst the Air Warriors and their wards.
