Dehradun: Pratishtha Foundation, an organisation working on education of underprivileged children organised a science workshop in Junior High school of Bharuwala grant. The main motive behind organising the workshop was to provide scientific knowledge to the students of the school. In the workshop, the organisation showed various experiments based on science to the children. During this, children also asked questions based on various sections, which were answered by the organisation’s members. In the end, NGO distributed gifts to the children who participated in the workshop, listened everything carefully and answered the questions correctly.
During this, Pranjal Sharma told that the interest in science shown by children is worth appreciation and in this era, the children need to have knowledge of science. He told that NGO will keep on organising such workshops so that children get a chance to move forward.
In the end, Mrs. Vinodini Ghildiyal, principal of the school, appreciated the work done by NGO and said that the children will be highly benefitted from such workshops organised by the organisation and will be helped in accumulating interesting facts related to science.
On this occasion, Deepak Kothiyal, president, Pranjal Sharma, vice president, Deep Prakash Pant, secretary, Chandra Shekhar, treasurer, along with Vivek Rana, Aman Bhatt, Shweta Singh, Yeshwant Bhatt, Megha Malla, Vaishali Gurung, Kritika Gupta, Umang Garg, Muzakkir, Sandeep Rawat, Sonali Kothiyal, and Kirtika Dayal etc. were present.
