New Delhi: The President of India, Shri Pranab Mukherjee paid floral tributes to Dr. A. P. J. Abdul Kalam, former President of India on the occasion of his birth anniversary at Rashtrapati Bhavan today (October 15, 2016). Officers and staff of Rashtrapati Bhavan along with family members of Dr. Kalam also paid floral tributes on the occasion.
