New Delhi: The President of India, Shri Ram Nath Kovind, paid floral tributes to Dr Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan, former President of India on his birth anniversary at Rashtrapati Bhavan today (September 5, 2019). Officers and staff of Rashtrapati Bhavan also paid their respects on the occasion.
