New Delhi: The President of India, Shri Pranab Mukherjee has extended his greetings and felicitations to the Government and people of the Republic of Bulgaria on the eve of their National Day (March 3, 2017).
In a message to His Excellency Mr. Rumen Radev, the President of the Republic of Bulgaria, the President has said, “On behalf of the Government, the people of India and on my own behalf, it gives me immense pleasure to extend warm greetings and felicitations to Your Excellency and to the people of the Republic of Bulgaria on the occasion of your National Day.
Based on shared beliefs and values, relations between India and Bulgaria have always been friendly. I am confident that our close ties will continue to expand for the mutual benefit of the peoples of our two countries.
