New Delhi: The Study Group, constituted to consider the revision of rate of royalty has submitted its report and the same is under consideration in the Ministry. The decision in this respect would be taken in due course. This was stated by Shri Piyush Goyal, Minister of State (IC) for Power, Coal & New and Renewable Energy and Mines in a written reply to a question in the Rajya Sabha today.
