Dehradun: Narayanbagad, district Chamoli resident Jaibir Singh had retired from the post of revenue sub-inspector from Karanprayag Tehsil in November 2016. But till now, the department had not cleared his GPF dues. In this regard, complainant Jaibir had requested the department many times. With GPF amount not being disbursed, Jaibir complained on the Chief Minister Mobile App. Immediately after receiving the complaint, the Chief Minister’s Office directed the Revenue Department to redress the complaint. In accordance with the directions, the Revenue Department resolved the matter. Complainant Jaibir has received his GPF dues of Rs 6.66 lakhs. With disbursal of the GPF amount, Jaibir has expressed gratitude to the Chief Minister.
