New Delhi: As part of BJP’s massive outreach program ahead of 2019 elections, party chief Amit Shah, along with Railways Minister Piyush Goyal, met cricketer Mahendra Singh Dhoni on Sunday.
Under the “Sampark for Samarthan” campaign, 4000 elected BJP members would be reaching out to around 1 lakh personalities well known in politics, business, sports, movie, art and cultural fields. About 50 lakh selected workers will go to the homes of common people to convey achievements of the pro-people Modi Government.
Shah had on July 22 met Lata Mangeshkar at her home in south Mumbai as part of the party’s “contact for support” campaign.
