New Delhi: The Vice President, Shri M. Hamid Ansari has congratulated the Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO) on successful launch of GSLV-F09 carrying South Asia Geostationary Communication Satellite (GSAT-9). In a message, he said that the satellite will boost connectivity and cooperation among all participating SAARC countries.
