New Delhi: The Vice President of India, Shri M. Venkaiah Naidu has greeted the people on the auspicious occasion of Dussehra. In a message, he said that the festival of Dussehra reminds us of the victory of Good over Evil and reaffirms our faith in the noble and virtuous life of Lord Rama. Celebrations of this festival play an important role in promoting amity and camaraderie amongst the people, he added.

Celebrated with traditional fervor and zeal, the festival of Dussehra reminds us of the victory of Good over Evil and reaffirms our faith in the noble and virtuous life of Lord Rama. Dussehra celebrations not only convey the eternal message that good always triumphs over evil, but also play an important role in promoting amity and camaraderie amongst the people.
