New Delhi: Haryana Minister for Commerce & Industries, Shri Vipul Goel has donated an amount of Rs.2.58 crore for the funds to be utilized for public service. Shri Goel handed over two cheques to the Union Minister of State (Independent Charge) Development of North Eastern Region (DoNER), MoS PMO, Personnel, Public Grievances & Pensions, Atomic Energy and Space, Dr Jitendra Singh here today as contribution of Rs.1.58 crore towards “Clean Ganga Fund” and Rs.1 crore towards “Prime Minister’s National Relief Fund”, respectively.
Appreciating the noble gesture, Dr Jitendra Singh said Shri Vipul Goel has set an example for others to follow. Dr Jitendra Singh said, while “Clean Ganga Fund” is dedicated to the noble cause of cleaning the Holy River Ganga, the PM Relief Fund helps in offering timely aid to the poor, the needy, the sick and those affected by natural calamities.
